We do not have all products in stock for immediate delivery because of the great variety of large equipment we have in our portfolio. Equipment and machinery that have the option of customization as size, power and other requirements necessary to meet the needs of customers are subject to a longer deadline for delivery, which may vary between 10 to 16 weeks depending on the customization needed.

We try to keep most standard products that do not accept customization in our stock, but as we work with imports, products may be on the way and can be available at any time.

Because we deal directly with the factories, we can basically customize almost any product we sell, but in order to be more efficient and to be able to serve our customers better and faster, we have selected some products to have a standard design.

The products that best fit for customization are large products such as CNC Router, CNC Beam Saw, Edgebanders with more than 7 functions, Forklifts with mast customization such as height and sideways movement, lifting system because of the weight capacity , drilling equipment such as hinge drills with more than 2 spindles, in-line drills etc.

Very simple, any equipment purchased with INDYCNC has a basic 1 year warranty.

The warranty is limited to any part that eventually has or appears a manufacturing defect, consumables that would naturally wear such as saws, router bits, lubrication are not included.

All cases will be analyzed and covered with warranty since the basic rules of normal use and maintenance have been fulfilled. Probably will be necessary photos, face call or filming that require some detail of the part that can be identified the problem with our engineers.

Some equipment has a warranty extended up to 3 years which may be observed in the individual warranty terms that are explained below the product.

If the product fits on a pallet we can provide free delivery from our warehouse to your curbside and if there is an easy access that can be taken by a pallet jack, the delivery man can delivery inside your shop, but if access has to be done by a forklift or any other heavy duty equipment or if access is through a dock, remove the equipment from inside the truck is the buyer's responsibility.
